Terms and Condition
All paintings are original creations in acrylics by Mary Hanlon. Please note that this website has best representation of actual painting colors/quality and that inventory can differ in true image representation depending on your type of screen monitor. Unless otherwise noted, the acrylic works of art are painted on well-primed stretched canvas of various sizes with a 5/8’ inch depth. (See each painting in shop for specific measurements) Also unless otherwise noted, they are unframed and the sides are fully painted so that they are suitable for hanging without a frame if you should so choose. They actually look terrific unframed and I often display and sell them this way. Of course the choice is up to you- Picture hangers are not attached (unless sold with frame) to leave framing and hardware options open.
Your painting will be shipped flat and well packaged by USPS Priority Mail.
Taxes and shipping added at checkout. Shipping will include insurance and tracking.
Return policy: We guarantee you’ll love your painting! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your painting in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Painting must be received back to seller safe and sound before refunds are issued. Please contact seller by email for specific return instructions and shipping address.
